It has been a long long time since I had the perseverance to finish reading a book in a single day. I guess this spells my high level of interest towards this particular topic – Ziwei Astrology. It is funny how I stumbled upon this topic that I had previous so overlooked, perhaps due to its vast complexity. It is truly by chance that I had the opportunity to be imitated into this field of knowledge, and thanks to China’s National Day, I have 1 day to spend on reading.

The profound knowledge in this field, to my surprise, does not cast one’s life in stone. Instead, it provides a basis for us to know our strengths and weaknesses, in the various key aspects of our lives, and what we may do to take advantage of (I would rather say “take advantage” than “alter”) the flow of the currents unseen by the human eye.

I believe I will spend considerable time on this area of interest, and it will definitely keep me entertained to no end (until perhaps one day, when I find the true patterns behind it).

Today was interesting, because we had fireworks display right outside our window, and tones of people flocking to the nearby waterfronts to catch a glimpse of the 30 minute performance of pyrotechnics.
